Zeiver was developed by James Bilson and Clayton Patterson in collaboration with Dr John Walters, an Oxford PhD biochemist and the founder and distiller at The English Spirit Distillery

 

BESPOKE BASE

Inspired by Japanese spirits, we choose polished rice to give Zeiver an ultra-smooth palate, even at 47% ABV.

Our bespoke base rice is sourced from Niigata Prefecture, Japan, which is world renowned for taste and quality.

PRISTINE WATER

When it comes to high-quality gin, water is a crucial factor.

That’s why we opted for the best. Zeiver uses water filtered through reverse osmosis, which is 3x purer than Evian water..

Ingredients:
Peach, Pistacho, Aloe Vera, Apple, Juniper Berry, Cherry, Lime, Macadama, Grapefruit 

Taste & aroma:

Juniper forward, with citrus on the nose. Balanced warm palate with subtle hints of peach. Smooth and creamy end notes with hints of macadamia nut.
