Wood Gin A wood infused gin. Wood Gin is a cedar wood infused gin made of six botanicals. This gin has a slightly toasted taste with a refined character followed by fresh tones of orange peel. The light and fresh notes are perfectly complemented by spices such as star anise and cardamom. The six gin botanicals used in this gin together result in the wonderful and smooth taste of Wood Gin. Enjoy something different.

Ingredients

Six distinct yet surprisingly delicious botanicals that together result in de wonderful and smooth taste of Wood Gin.

Juniper
Juniper is the ingredient that all gins have in common. A signature botanical used to flavour this spirit.

Cedar wood
Cedar wood provides this gin with its unique and refined character. It adds a slightly smokey flavor with a smooth and soft finish.

Star anise
This star shaped fruit contains the aroma of licorice. It’s an intensely aromatic spice, giving a pleasant and sweet taste.

Cardamom
Cardamom provides a powerful citrusy and spicy flavor that works incredibly well with juniper.

Orange peel
Some fresh and fruity tones are always a good idea. The orange peel used in this gin gives a refreshing and morris flavour.

Coconut
Coconut is not a common gin botanical. But in perfect harmony with the other botanicals, it provides a very well balanced taste of sweetness.
