Wallhouse Distillery is based in the beautiful Scottish village of Torphichen. Known for its picturesque setting, historic abbey, and beautiful village square, it is nestled in the rolling green hills between Bathgate and Linlithgow.
Encased in a unique and striking bottle, Wallhouse signature Gin, ‘Wally’, is handcrafted using an exquisite blend of 10 botanicals. Classic citrus and juniper notes are combined with aromatic liquorice root to give a refreshing taste.
I founded Wallhouse Distillery because I live on a sheep farm, but I hate sheep! I love the farm, but the sheep are my husband’s thing. My dream is to build a distillery on our farm.
‘Wally’ is distilled, by Blackford Distillery, to my recipe and is the first step towards achieving that distillery dream.

By only selecting the finest ingredients I can produce a spirit which is smooth and delectable so that you can fully appreciate the flavours and delicate aromas.
Using a small batch approach and a cutting-edge production process I have created a product of the highest quality. It has been packaged in such a way as to allow ‘Wally’ to take centre stage and help him stand out in an ever-growing market.
