Founded by a brother sister duo, Two Brooks offers a range of premium British Hard Seltzer made in the UK. After leaving their corporate jobs, Fabio (Founder and MD) and Francesca (Co-Founder) have set out to create a drink that satisfied a different kind of need. The pair founded the company in late 2019 but only started trading in the summer of 2020 after having to plan around the global pandemic to ensure a successful product launch.
The name Two Brooks originated from the union of its founders, referencing to the brother sister duo as well as the intertwining of alcohol and water that gives its product a unique taste. Indeed, Two Brooks is all about creating balance. In addition to its healthier profile, the seltzer has a strong environmental mission. We are proud to call ourselves an environmentally conscious producer.
Lastly, Two Brooks’ spirit animal is the Otter. The playful creatures adorn the seltzer’s cans, and as a tribute, the company sponsors a British otter charity aiming to protect the animal and its habitat.
Our 4% ABV drink is made of only three ingredients: pure fruit spirit (made from British apples), sparkling water, and 100% natural fruit flavouring. This means the drinks are naturally low in calories, gluten-free, and with absolutely no added sugar – and 100% made in the UK! They come in three flavours in 250ml slim cans:
Passion Star (Passion Fruit):
A fresh take on the popular Porn Star Martini, ‘Passion Star’ leads with sweet, tropical notes on the nose, complemented with a delicate palette of passion fruit, delivering a bright, fresh flavour.
Mango Hi Ball (Mango):
Our Mango Hi-Ball are lightly carbonated to allow the natural sweetness of mango to sing. The have a fruity bouquet at first, followed by full bodied flavour of fresh, ripened mango, before a smooth yet crisp finish
Lime Cooler (Lime & Mint):
Infused with higher levels of average carbonation, expect an effervescent drink which perfectly balances zesty lime and mint for a refreshingly light serve with a crisp finish
