Her journey took her from experimenting with tequila in the Karoo to establishing Doña Distillery, where our whiskies are meticulously crafted.

Our distillery combines traditional methods with modern technology, including vacuum distillation, to create a unique and refined whisky. Each bottle of Toor Whisky is a testament to our commitment to quality and our deep connection to South African heritage. We source local grains and age our whisky in refurbished casks from the renowned wine regions surrounding Cape Town, adding a distinct character to our spirits.
