What began as a humble experiment during COVID-19 lockdowns has transformed into one of Australia’s most promising vodka houses, driven by passion, precision, and the pursuit of perfection.

Founded by Sean Tuite, who inherited his late grandfather’s 20-liter still, the distillery was born from necessity and curiosity during the pandemic. After countless hours perfecting his craft, Sean recognized he had created something extraordinary – a vodka that didn’t taste like “hangover and regret.” Partnering with Dan Carruthers and former NRL legend Chris Walker, the trio assembled a team of visionary shareholders who believed in their mission to redefine Australian vodka.

Our distillation philosophy centers on meticulous attention to detail: five-times distilled as tradition, charcoal filtered for precision, and aerated to perfection. Using only the finest Australian wheat and pure natural spring water, each bottle undergoes a transformative journey through our custom stainless steel and copper still, ensuring every drop achieves our signature ultra-smooth finish.

From our new 1,100-square-meter headquarters on Hutchinson Street, we’ve created more than just a distillery – we’ve built a community-minded taproom where friends, family, and vodka enthusiasts gather to celebrate life’s moments.
