who are we…
Sons of Vancouver is a really, really small batch distillery on Vancouver’s North Shore. It was born out of a young, foolhardy desire to follow passions and contribute to a growing community of independent distillers. James and Richard are the guys behind the curtain, who have created this selection of dynamic BC spirits using really, really local grains.

Barrel Aged No.82 Amaretto
A very special 2021 release. This individually numbered bottle of our classic Amaretto has spent 12 months aging in used 2 Bar American Bourbon barrels.
Added depth abound the added whiskey balances the sweetness of the Amaretto making it perfect on ice. Enjoyed best in front of a fire.
No.82 Amaretto
Inspired by our mothers’ canning recipes and a 16th century love story, our No. 82 Amaretto is made with five simple, whole ingredients. It starts with apricot kernels, Bourbon vanilla beans and orange peel. Then it’s sweetened with Demerara and BC blackberry honey to create one tastefully balanced liqueur.

If you’re adventurous enough to pick up this bottle, we commend you. Because this isn’t just another boring, flavourless vodka hiding behind frosted glass, this is a BC Craft vodka infused with scovilles upon scovilles of fresh bird’s eye chilies. It’s not for babies.

Starting with a brew of BC spring wheat and malted barley, we ferment with champagne yeast before running this vodka through our two seperate stills. A few modest ingredients go into this process and what you’re left with is simply good vodka.
