Our botanical ingredients are fresh and full of essential oils, wild Macedonian juniper and mountain tea, shaved angelica root, coriander seeds, whole bark from cinnamon trees in Sri Lanka, fragrant cloves from India, fresh almonds. Our citrus; lemon, lime, grapefruit, and orange are carefully hand-peeled and only the outer skin is used in distillation. We add a few raisins for a touch of sweetness and freshly chopped ginger root and whole black peppercorns for spiciness and depth of character.

This carefully selected combination of ingredients creates a very high-quality gin, handcrafted in our pure copper still in Skopje. A Macedonian Original.
