Selva Gin is the first London Dry gin from Colombia, produced in the Colombian Caribbean, fruit of the generosity of the Colombian jungle and its variety. In the preparation, after research, we use 14 different botanicals carefully selected using the highest quality standards.
We use pure alcohol as a base, which we rectify with the best Bulgarian juniper, the only imported botanical, as well as a carefully crafted blend of native fruits, fresh herbs and spices grown in Colombia, including corozo, cocoa, cardamom and mandarin lemon.
Over several months of testing, we developed the recipe with our work and research team to find the right balance between juniper notes and native botanicals.
At 40% ABV, Selva Gin is perfect for mixing into your favorite cocktail, whether it’s a Dry Martini, Negroni or Gimlet.
We like to enjoy it as a G&T with lots of ice and premium tonic, we use tonic water and we suggest garnishing it to add flavor and balance with a slice of dehydrated mandarin lime.

Selva Gin is a collaboration between two bartenders, one English and one Colombian, and a Colombian chef in partnership with Turicum Distillery in Zurich, Switzerland.
With administrative headquarters in Cartagena, Medellín, and Barranquilla, we are geographically well-located to source fresh ingredients from all over Colombia, from the frigid altitudes of the paramo in the Andes to the tropical Caribbean coast.
