Sahlin’s Brewery is a brewery located in Dalarna. We have been brewing beer since 2015 and focus on the production of craft beer, soft drinks, tonics and cider and mulled wine. We want to continue the craft tradition that has existed on the farm for several hundred years.
Today we combine active agriculture with visitor tourism, the farm has 35,000 visitors annually, the biggest attractions are ostriches, which we raised on the farm since 1994.
In addition to the brewery and a tourist farm, we also run a regular farm as well as a slaughterhouse, charcuterie, ice cream production and skin care products.
During the summer we receive visitors and have a farm café with a restaurant and shop where we sell the farm’s products, own butchered meat, our own charcuterie, beer, ice cream, and skin care products.
Right now three flavors based on Scandinavian flavors, where we have worked hard to get pure gin with a fantastic taste that marries our tonics
In the summer of 2019, we expanded the range with tonics and mixers, with the philosophy of using the best Scandinavian flavors and the best ingredients when we create our tonics.
