We’re two mates, Sean & Tom, who have a passion for rum. Based locally, we launched in October 2019.
Our dream is simple, loading our rums with so much flavour that delicious cocktails can be made easily.
The story begins in spring 1962 with Maria Augusta Leky, where the family recipe was born. Maria, Grandma to co-founder Sean would add a variety of fresh fruits to rum within the Rumtopf. Untouched until winter, it would be shared with family and friends at parties. The drink became a local legend, celebrated for its distinctive delicious fruity flavours.
Our first product to launch, Golden Buck, is a 40% dark rum from Mauritius, blended with natural flavours and steeped with Cherry and Vanilla.
Flavour – Brown sugar and cooked pineapple alongside creamy vanilla and dark, juicy cherry.
Spirits Business – The Rum & Cachaca Masters – Silver 2021
Launched in October 2020, Greedy Fox is a 40% dark rum (also from Mauritius), blended with caramel and honeycomb. One month after launch, Greedy Fox won the Craft Distilling Expo Flavoured Rum of the Year.
Flavour – Sweet, roasted flavours leading into silky caramel.
