Listoke Distillery

Listoke Distillery Ltd is a family run company in Co. Louth, Ireland. It is craft Irish gin distillery using the most high-quality spirit and botanicals to make deliciously smooth and tasty products. Our Listoke 1777 was voted Best Gin In Europe and our Wise Owl Whiskey has just been launched this year.

A team of firsts, we founded the first ever Irish Gin School, which is a great asset for brand activation and promotion. Our family also were the first distillery in Ireland to produce hand sanitizer for the Covid 19 pandemic and have donated over 10,000 litres to date. We are also the first distillery to raffle of 5% of our business to a lucky winner!

All of our products are of the most premium quality and we put a lot of work and passion into ensuring that every bottle that leaves our distillery is perfect. With exports to the US, Russia, China and Australia we are expanding at an exciting rate and are looking forward to the next step in the UK and Europe.

Listoke 1777

Our Listoke 1777 Gin is a multi-award winning spirit, including Best Gin in Europe and the winner of two Gin Masters. It is a sophisticated premium gin with an encompassing flavour of spice, citrus andsweetness.

Tasting notes:

Distilled with 9 botanicals
A robust and well-rounded gin with a bold taste
Cardamom and rowan berries provide a perfect amount of spice that remain long after the first sip
Juniper appears immediately while citrus notes remain across the entire delivery
Jasmine provides a tree worth of blossom on the nose
Serve: twist of orange peel, juniper berries, ice, premium tonic

Whiskey

Wise Owl Irish Whiskey

Our Wise Owl Whiskey (WOW) is triple distilled and finished in a range of different casks to bring the final blend together. Although a relatively young whiskey, Wise Owl Whiskey has a smooth deep taste that can compete with many premium Irish whiskeys.

Finished in Imperial stout cask with a blend of grain and malt whiskey with a wee drop of peated malt. It is non chill filtered to capture all the flavours and scents of this premium Irish Whiskey. No artificial colours or caramel were added ensuring the honest integrity of our premium whiskey.

Nose

A slightly sweet and spicy scent that lasts until the first sip.

Taste

Smooth and sweet with vanilla overtones to start then a bold rich spicy and smokey finish that stays long after the last sip.

After Taste

Light and sweet staying smooth with light peatiness prominent.
