IQ Oxford Gin brings alive the mixture of botanicals as a mist in the glass, to be savoured enjoyed. We produce IQ from a wash base, that we ferment from malted barley. This is a longer & more labour intense process that gives a finer unique Gin.
A distiller starting with a natural spirit produced by others, who redistill without substantially
altering the neutral character of the spirit, may not be called a “craft” or artisan distiller.
