Islay Single Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky

A heavily peated whisky from the mystical island of Islay, matured in First Fill Bourbon Barrel and laden with beautifully balanced, classic Islay peated whisky notes as well as lovely soothing vanilla and citrus fruit notes along with cinnamon and warming spice notes too.

We have always wanted to bottle an Islay whisky, and our awesome customers have been pestering us to do so for a long time… finally it is here! Girvan 30 Year Old Single Grain Scotch Whisky

An ancient grain whisky from the Girvan Distillery – distilled in 1989, this 30 Year Old has spent thirty years patiently sleeping, maturing, developing… This limited edition Girvan 30 Year Old Single Cask Single Grain Scotch Whisky bottling is a release of just 96 bottles globally. With fruity and buttery notes being the most forward, a lovely vanilla sweetness develops on the palate to give a luxurious texture, and a rather indulgent whisky to sip, savour and celebrate with.

This Single Cask Single Grain Scotch Whisky was distilled at the Girvan Distillery in the Lowlands of Scotland, a distillery that is rarely seen bottled as a whisky in its own right. Our oldest release to date, bottled at natural cask strength, this whisky comes from the Girvan distillery in Ayrshire, having been distilled just after Christmas, 1989. Whiskies like these do not come around very often; an ancient cask from a superb distillery so when we had the opportunity to bottle it, we just had to.

Strathclyde 15 Year Old Single Cask Single Grain Scotch Whisky

As you’ll know, we love grain whisky so this is our core Single Cask Single Grain whisky release for 2021. Expect notes of toffee, fudge, stewed apples with a thick, oily mouthfeel evoking cereal and spicy notes whilst being incredibly smooth at the same time with honey and burnt brown sugar notes present too.

Originally built to produce gin, and for 18 years of its history holding a malt distillery within the same site, Strathclyde is a distillery so rarely spoken about that we just had to get ourselves a cask of it for our range. As you’ll know, we love grain whisky so this is our core Single Cask Single Grain whisky release for 2021. Expect notes of toffee, fudge, stewed apples with a thick, oily mouthfeel evoking cereal and spicy notes whilst being incredibly smooth at the same time with honey and burnt brown sugar notes present too.

Auchroisk 12 Year Old Single Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The Auchroisk Distillery uses quite fast mashing, fermentation and boiling early in the process to create a heavy character within their new make spirit which, through maturation will develop into a whisky full of honey and cereal notes.

It is incredibly rare to find a bottle of whisky from this fine distillery as they have only had a handful of limited releases over the years, which is one of the reasons we were drawn to it, Pronounced ‘arr-thrusk’, the Auchroisk Distillery uses quite fast mashing, fermentation and boiling early in the process to create a heavy character within their new make spirit which, through maturation will develop into a whisky full of honey and cereal notes.

Fettercairn 8 Year Old Single Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Expect sweet apple, a slightly herbal note and toffee in the mouth and a long sweet finish with lingering chocolate and fruit notes.

The Fettercairn logo includes the Unicorn – Scotland’s national animal – and we like to think of this as a unicorn whisky as it is incredible, and still one of the industry’s hidden gems. Having spent time at the distillery bouncing between casks, sampling some epic whisky, Fettercairn has been a firm favourite ever since. Expect sweet apple, a slightly herbal note and toffee in the mouth and a long sweet finish with lingering chocolate and fruit notes.
