Bold Spices, Pure Delight: A Dance of Flavors in Every Sip

Our take on spiced rum but we like to do things differently, our spiced rum has no added sugar or overpowering vanilla flavour. We’ve used nine spices to bring a pleasant full dry spice to the palette, vanilla bean and orange peel bring a natural sweetness.

Tasting notes

Cassia and allspice bring forward notes followed by a hit of ginger and clove. A growth of cardamom, vanilla and orange follow towards the end. Delightfully light and bold without a sweet sickly aftertaste. Think hot cross bun or spiced ginger cake on the nose.

Ingredients: Goldstone White rum, Vanilla Extract, Ginger, Cassia, Star Anise, Clove, Black Cardamom, Dried Orange Peel, Nutmeg, Allspice



Pure Elegance: A Unique Blend, Twice Celebrated, Truly Distinct

Our double award winning white rum blends raw cane sugars from jaggery, panela and cane juice with molasses to make a truly unique white rum unlike anything else on the market today. It won a silver medal at The London Spirits Competition and a star in the Great Taste Awards in 2023.

Tasting notes

The blend of four sugars creates an appealing burnt pineapple brulee on the nose and baked banana leaf. On the palate it’s packed with muscovado, molasses, dark coffee and toffee notes, each clearly defined.

Ingredients: sugar cane juice, panela, jaggery, molasses and yeast.



Zest Meets Zing: A Fresh Twist on Tradition, Perfectly Poured

Our take on the dark and stormy, we’ve taken fresh lime peel and freshly grated ginger and distilled the flavours into the rum. It gives a great boost to cocktails or delicious on the rocks.

Tasting notes

Lime and ginger give this rum a fresh and zingy flavour, lime forward on the nose and palate with a lovely warm ginger zing on the back end. Takes all mixers well and works great over ice with a squeeze of fresh lime.

Earthy Elegance: Caramel Hints with Tropical Whispers, Distilled to Perfection

Double distilled using Nelmar, our copper pot still and a single run through the vapor infusion column creates a smooth, earthy rum with a hint of sweetness on the back end.

Tasting notes

We’ve added a touch of caramel for colouring which lends a slight sweetness to the rum on the back end whilst the forward notes bring grassy, tropical fruits and baked banana leaves.

Goldstone Rum is completely unique in the rum market created using four types of sugar. Freshly squeezed sugarcane juice, jaggery, panela and molasses have all been carefully selected for their individual qualities. This gives the liquid a flavour like that industry experts are raving about.


John and Georgina use a long and slow fermentation which allows the rum to build character and taste. Their still has been specially designed to make the rum incredibly smooth whilst maintain bags of flavour.


Goldstone Rum like keep things simple and only use natural flavours in their range. Unlikely most other rum brands they pride themselves on selecting fresh fruits and spices to develop their rum recipes from.

Our Journey

From Kitchen to Distillery: The Authentic Journey of Goldstone Rum

Goldstone Rum was formed during lockdown, realising the rum industry is full of smoke and mirrors founders Georgina and John wanted to make an authentic rum, using quality ingredients, traditional methods and no artificial additives.
Rewind twelve years and you would find John in the kitchen; a classically trained chef John has a passion for creating, developing and refining. Georgina is the marketing whizz who has worked for many large brands, she wants to show her young daughters that its possible to dare to dream big.
John and Georgina are incredibly proud of what they’ve bought to the rum market, in less than a year they’ve won two awards, appeared on tv and turned many industry heads including receiving 4.5/5 from Difford’s Guide.
This is just the beginning for Goldstone Rum, they are destined for big things watch this space.
