The distillation is very slow as in the old days, but with the quality standards of today. Carried out in a handmade copper equipment by artisans using ancestral techniques.

From the outset, we give special attention to the performance of the encircled products to gin as a beverage. The use of a first class printed glass bottle weighing one kilogram, designed to be reused. The translucent crystal ghost stopper has a
reduced liquid outlet flow rate. 

The recycled cardboard boxes are painted in a single colour with water-based paint. The placing of the ban symbols on the label. All details comply with environmental rules reducing the ecological footprint.

Handcrafted, distilled three times in a copper pot according to tradition. Only the perfect distillate is bottled. The beginning and end of the distillation (30%) are eliminated.


The aromatic herbs are hand-selected and originate from the Aveiro region. With the except of juniper, originally from Serra da Estrela.

Handcrafted, distilled four times in a copper pot according to tradition. Inspired by the  indigenous Portuguese red grape variety (predominant in the south of Aveiro), the BAGA version uses vinic alcohol with this grape variety, resulting in a rosé with a delicate taste of wild berries.
