Edelschwarz Bio Gin is a 100% organic London Dry Gin from the Alps. 17 carefully selected alpine organic botanicals including edelweiss, blackberries, juniper, hay, cranberries, rosehip, elderberries, lemon balm and spruce needles combined with the clear mountain spring water from the Gompm Alm make our Edelschwarz organic gin unique. After complex distillation in batches of 300 liters in the copper still, this full-bodied, balanced and finely spicy gin is created.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND HIGHEST STANDARDS. First, the exquisite organic ingredients such as berries, herbs and spices are carefully macerated. After the subsequent complex distillation in small batches of 300 l in the copper still and a two-month aging in stainless steel, this full-bodied, balanced and finely spicy London Dry Gin is created, which can also be enjoyed neat.
