THE DISTILLERIE DU QUAI, CONCERNED ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT.

Our bottles are reusable! You bring them back to the Distillery, we’ll reuse them! We clean them and change the stickers.

The ink used for screen printing is biodegradable. Indeed, they are organic inks and the drying is in UV oven. The process does not contaminate the glass, so it can be 100% recyclable to make clear glass again. If the bottle is not recycled and accidentally ends up in the environment, this ink will dissipate without damage.

Also, our distillery does not consume fossil fuels. Everything runs on electricity. Our future actions will also be guided by this concern for the environment, which we make a point of honor.

DELICATE GIN

Sophia. Muse of the distillery.
Canvas by an artist friend from Trois-Rivières, Evelyne Boutet.

Delicacy, grace, gentleness. Tenacity, firmness, defiance. Such as Sophia.

A slow, smooth distillation process of unparalleled precision, thanks to our fabulously efficient Polish Still.

A singular and eccentric recipe of 14 botanicals including cubeb berry, pecans, liquorice, cinnamon and Quebec’s myrique. The forest aromas are juxtaposed with the fine and complex flavors of traveling aromatics. An exceptional odyssey for the taste buds.

Sophia can be enjoyed simply on ice, or in fusion with your favorite cocktail. Nevertheless, many will have tried to create the perfect gin in tonic. We took up the challenge with Sophia, we succeeded.

No need for fireworks. Sophia, ice cubes, your favorite tonic. Simplicity. Class. Efficiency.
