Clouded Leopard is produced from British wheat spirit using one-shot distillation on 30-litre copper pot stills. The botanicals – juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, cassia bark, mango, black pepper and lemon zest – are macerated for 24 hours before distillation. Dilution is with water purified by reverse osmosis.

The finished product delivers a classic London dry juniper on the start, bright lemon zest citrus notes through the middle and tropical mango and fragrant black pepper finish. With an abv of 40%, it is produced from British wheat spirit usin single shot distillation on 30ltr copper pot stills. The botanicals are juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, cassia bark, mango, black pepper and lemon zest. The botanicals are then macerated for 24hours before distillation and the dilution is with reverse osmosis in purified water.

With an original array of botanical resources at his disposal, Will delved into a summer heat wave, simulating the climate of India and South Asia, the home of the clouded leopard. His creations took shape thanks to the meticulous selection of ingredients of the highest quality and provenance. Fruits such as succulent mango and the exotic allure of Southeast Asian black pepper danced together in harmony, infusing the gin with an exotic symphony of flavors. The brightness of lemon zest stood as the jewel in the crown, adding a spicy, citrusy vibe that will delight your senses.
