CABRABOC dresses in green. Majorcan herbs are possibly the most internationally known Majorcan drink and therefore could not be missing from our range. Despite being a classic, we wanted to give it our own personal touch. We have softened its dominant aniseed touch and we have focused on the botanicals that bring more freshness and citrus notes to the mix, such as lemon verbena and lemon leaf.
CABRABOC returns to the roots. It is one of the oldest snacks in Mallorca. Like so many other liquors, it was originally conceived as a medicinal syrup. Made from gentian root and cinchona bark, this syrup was widely used in the 17th century against malaria in Mallorca. The addition of sugar to improve the flavor and alcohol for preservation gave rise to the birth of the stick as it is known today. It is usually taken with siphon, lemonade or tonic.
A new wind is blowing in CABRABOC. The Mestral is a strong and strong wind that blows from the northwest and is accompanied by storms, rains and rough seas. In the Mestral, countless fleeting aromas are mixed that give life to the CABRABOC Mestral, a complex and round gin, in which wild aromas such as those of pine and myrtle stand out.
Our first creation. CABRABOC Gin, an unusual gin with a clear idea: approach one of the island’s classics, Majorcan herbs, from another perspective.
The base of the gin is made up of a wine distillate, accompanied by the usual botanicals of the Mallorcan Herbs. Fennel is the centerpiece and is accompanied by oranges, lemon leaves, lemon verbena and other traditional herbs. The result is CABRABOC Gin, a particularly smooth gin, with a fleeting sweet note, aniseed and citrus aromas.
CABRABOC dresses in orange. Citrus edition and tribute to our home, the Sóller valley. Our small town is located in the heart of the Tramuntana and is known for its exquisite citrus fruits. A dry gin with personality, where orange and citrus aromas are the protagonists. The ingredients are carefully selected and then slowly distilled to preserve even the most fleeting aromas.
CABRABOC fruity version. The mandarin, although not as well known as the orange, also has its place in our home, the small Majorcan town of Sóller. Here it is highly appreciated for the subtle aroma of its peel and its delicious flavor that differentiates it from other citrus fruits. CABRABOC Mandarina brings together the citric and fruity flavor of mandarin with the intense and resinous aroma of juniper in a truly unique gin liqueur.
CABRABOC dresses in blue. A fresher and more floral edition. Sea and sky, two omnipresent elements in Majorcan life that we evoke through the freshness and intensity of Mediterranean botanists. Lavender, basil, rosemary and thyme are the main ingredients of this edition.
