Black Robin Gin is our contemporary London Dry gin that is inspired by the critically endangered Chatham Island’s Black Robin. With every bottle sold we make a donation to our charity partners to help them protect NZ’s native species and wild places.
Black Robin Gin is handcrafted and batch-distilled in our Arnold-Holstein copper reflux pot still by our Master Distiller Michael Deinlein, who’s family have been crafting alcoholic beverages since the 1930’s.
Using triple distilled whey as our base, we go on to distill Black Robin Gin a further two times with 11 traditional and exotic botanicals including locally sourced horopito. We then blend with pristine filtered spring water sourced from a sprung underneath our distillery in the hills above Tauranga.

Named after the endangered and New Zealand endemic bird, Blue Duck Vodka is a super premium vodka with a seriously smooth finish.
Blue Duck Rare Vodka is handcrafted and batch-distilled using a copper Arnold-Holstein hybrid still in our base in the hills above Tauranga by our Master Distiller Micheal Deinlein, who’s family have been making alcoholic beverages since the 1930’s.
After a total of seven distillations, we blend the distillate with filtered water sourced from a spring underneath our distillery resulting in our seriously smooth international award winning Blue Duck Vodka.
