Mist is reflective of the PNW’s bright, crisp air on a cold winter’s day. Mist is exceptionally well balanced with a light touch of juniper. It performs beautifully as a dry martini and as a GnT with a sprig of rosemary and a grapefruit slice.
Soft and floral, Meadow celebrates a sunny day amongst the PNW mountain flowers. Notes of bright citrus carry through to the floral aromas of chamomile lemon verbena to a slightly sweet, honeysuckle finish. Refreshing as a GnT, it is also stunning in a French 75 or a classic martini with a lemon twist.
Ocean embodies the clarity of the Pacific Ocean. On the nose it gives a clean brininess that translates to a full mouthfeel with a warm, lingering finish of juniper, cassia, and salt. It is glorious as a dry martini (olives or twist), bold enough to hold its own in gin cocktails, and smooth enough to be enjoyed over a rock.
Bold and fragrant, Forest is a journey through the coniferous forests of the PNW. Juniper forward with sweet, soft notes of balsam fir and grapefruit. Forest is lovely as a dry martini (olives) yet smooth and complex enough to be enjoyed neat.
