KEPLER Stellaire

To be the summer destination of choice, you need quality and diversity! Les Appalaches is therefore first of all adding Kepler Stellaire to its range of fruity gin. A true little brother to the Bord de mer, the latter gives way to aromas of black raspberry and blood orange. Well balanced thanks to rosemary and fresh lemon, treat yourself without waiting for summer in the bottle!

KEPLER SOUS-BOIS

Always in a festive spirit, the Kepler Sous-Bois aims to make your taste buds travel the nothern lights by a simple sip. On ice, it will please the most demanding of classic gin lovers. In gin and tonic, it will suddenly transform itself into the perfect companion for a stay at the cottage, releasing scents of pink grapefruit and green apple. Composed of a blend of local herbs and spices, which includes dune pepper and Labrador tea, this gin represents excellent value for it’s money due to the rarity of its ingredients.

AMARETTO FORET NOIRE

Black Forest Amaretto is an elegant marriage of Nordic herbs, black cherries and cocoa. Inspired by the famous Black Forest Cake recipe, this liqueur features vibrant flavors of candied fruit on a long, slightly bitter finish that makes you want to come back with every sip. Serve over ice or with a quality homemade lemonade. 

KEPLER BORD DE MER

Kepler Bord de mer is a great summer drink but also a great summer flashback to those hot summer nights. It is by far our bestseller and one of the top gins in our own country. It does great honor to our national strawberry and local rhubarb. We add local grown cucumbers as well as wild Wakamé algae harvested by hand and there you have it. Bord de mer will leave you with a salty, well-balanced umami finish that makes it easy to work within cocktails.

WORKING BY NATURE

The satisfaction of a job well done. This is what makes us most proud. Against all odds, at the intersection we chose the long, steep path. No shortcut: here we mash, we ferment, we distill, we re-distill, we filter, we dilute, we aromatize, we age and we start again. Where some players take 3 days, we invest 3 weeks of hard work to produce a batch of certified Appalachian quality spirits. This is the daily life of a distillery called ‘Grain à la Bouteille’.
