Absintherie des Cantons is a family microdistillery located in Granby, in the Eastern Townships and represents the culmination of a long process. Our products are distilled slowly, carefully and in small quantities. We use plants grown here and harvested by hand. It was following an absinthe tasting in 2013 that the great adventure of the distillery began. A long journey followed in the cradle of the green fairy in France and Switzerland. On the road to absinthe, in search of the origins of this mysterious beverage where we then acquired the knowledge necessary to make a quality absinthe, fine and authentic as in the good old days.
