Our spirits, gins and liqueurs are made here with great attention to detail and by hand with passion. All brandies are gently and slowly distilled by us. We pay attention to the highest quality in order to obtain the full variety of aromas. Artificial flavors don't stand a chance with us!

#FEINGEBRANNT - EST. 2020

At the beginning of 2020 we started with a lot of passion & heart blood into the world of spirits production and brandy distillation.

After a few years of preparation, information gathering and market research – after all, you have to know what you’re dealing with – our small spirits manufactory in Much (near Cologne) was born.

Here, each of our fine distilled drops is produced only with natural and high-quality ingredients and completely without the addition of artificial flavorings (*small print: except for a slight sweetness).

Gin-Vision:

Formerly disdained, gin has become the trendy spirit in recent years. You can find a new gin at almost every corner. Variations with sometimes over 100 different botanicals – as the ingredients used in addition to juniper are called – can be found.

So, what makes our gins so special? We keep it simple!

First of all, we concentrate on the essentials – juniper. Wildly collected, highly aromatic and of the best (organic) quality.

And in addition? According to the motto “Only what we can count on one hand goes into our gin”, we compose our gins with a maximum of 4 additional botanicals. The range here extends from cubeb pepper, ginger, birch to the finest bee honey.

In addition, our Oak Bee Gin is given the very special care and love that only an oak barrel mother can give her gin, resulting our OBG to be the best German matured Gin 2022.

And with our Big Moose Gin you get the best German Classic Gin 2022.

Big Moose Gin

Location: North of Scandinavia
Nature appears infinitely far in the north of Scandinavia - Lapland. Rocks covered with mosses and lichens, through which narrow paths feast. Almost endless bushes with blueberries & cranberries line the ground. Again and again Individual groups or entire forests of Scandinavian birch and countless rivers, streams & lakes. Inhale - the air is fresh up here. Filled with the aroma of birches, the floral note of the berry bushes, rich in the earthy moisture of the soil and repeatedly interspersed with the delicate aroma of wild juniper.
A place to stay, to let go. And if you look closely, you might even discover the king of the local forests - the moose. With our Big Moose Gin we have filled the diverse aromas & lifestyle of Lapland into a bottle of a very special gin. Birch, cranberries, juniper supported by old apple varieties give a wonderfully fruity-wooded bouquet. If you do not want to enjoy this gin pure, we recommend the combination with Black Apple Cider as a long drink. With our Big Moose (distilled) Gin we do not use any artificial additives and flavours, but only our love for nature!

Oak Bee Gin

Perfect for pure enjoyment
Location: Flowers of the Robinia
After a long winter, the first flowers of the Robinia – the so-called false acacia – are the first ray of hope for the bee colony. The foraging bees immediately set off and transport about 20-40mg of nectar per flight. An incredible effort for a glass of acacia honey, which is a real lover's honey due to its fine and sweet taste and the not so dominant sweetness at the same time. This makes the acacia honey the perfect companion of our Oak Bee Gin.
A mildly distilled gin, harmoniously composed with a gentle thyme note and the freshness of lemon balm and ginger. Full-bodied rounded off by the heaviness and volume of a maturation in a barrel of French oak, we use exclusively acacia honey for a slight sweetness and an irreplaceable aroma composition. Made with a lot of love and care - our homage to the honeybee. Our Oak Bee Gin is perfect for pure enjoyment.

Theobroma spirituosa

the first holistic cocoa spirit.

Capacity: 500 ml
ABV: 43% Vol.

For the brandy we use so-called cocoa nibs - the chopped pieces of the cocoa bean - the basis for each chocolate. These are macerated for a few days and the batch finally distilled gently. The result is a classic cocoa brandy with an intense aroma. To round this off, we set the brand down with cocoa pod direct juice to the drinking strength of 35% Vol. . This is the juice on the white pulp of the cocoa pod, in which the cocoa beans are located. This direct juice is surprisingly fruity and intense with a taste reminiscent of lychees. This fruity liveliness is the perfect complement to the intense and heavy cocoa aroma. This creates a perfect pair and the first holistic cocoa spirit, which is also staged accordingly in the earthenware bottle. In addition to pure enjoyment, this is also great for summer long-drinks.
