Land of the Sky is a Straight Bourbon Whiskey aged three years and finished with toasted white oak from a tree felled by Hurricane Helene. Created from corn, wheat, and malted barley, this limited edition spirit delivers a unique toasted oak finish that honors the region’s strength. Each bottle stands as a tribute to North Carolina, contributing 10% of proceeds to local relief efforts.

Wood-crafted Bourbon

Wood-crafted Bourbon is defined by its approachable complexity. Aged with Appalachian white oak, it offers a soft caramel foundation layered with aromatic notes of vanilla and spice. The addition of charred white oak chips during the process softens the spirit, resulting in a full-bodied texture that is remarkably smooth and easy to drink. Ideally enjoyed neat or on the rocks.

Peanut Butter Flavored Whiskey combines the smooth richness of peanut butter with the character of Appalachian white oak. Located in Fletcher, North Carolina, we believe that the true essence of a great whiskey lives in the balance between high-quality grains, pristine mountain water, and the rich notes of toasted wood. However, we also believe that tradition should not come at the cost of our forests.

Our philosophy is built on a commitment to the environment through our proprietary Sustainably Matured™ process. Traditional barrel aging is inefficient, often requiring a century-old tree to produce just two barrels of whiskey. At Two Trees, we have revolutionized this dynamic. By utilizing specific grain-and-wood pairings and accelerating the natural aging process, we can produce the equivalent of 27 barrels of product from a single tree, reducing the industry’s wood dependency by 90%.

This innovative technology allows the physical and chemical changes of aging—like the extraction of vanilla, caramel, and spice notes—to happen simultaneously and rapidly, creating a smooth, well-balanced spirit without the years of waiting or the wasteful “angel’s share” evaporation.
